Way to make your case. I didn't pay 100% attention to Mike all night but every time I saw him he was in the back of the room humping Gary or harrassing Will. He's not much of a front-and-center-next-to-the-bands guy especially since Shearing Pinks aren't really his thing. You every seen him play? You're lucky he's in the same room as you, very far from crowd surfing the front and spilling beer on your head.
If you have any shred that links him to the scene of the crime please present it. I'd gladly eat my hat and he'd gladly pay for any damages done. But if faceless garbage talk is more your thing than carry on...
