Chicken--Egg...Uh huh.

Idealy you gotta show the audience and bands some tough lovin': "Sorry shows over, and the bands were amazing, maybe you should show up on time next time!"

But then I guess the bands would never want to tour in this area again, since turn out would be so low in the beginning. And since bands are 100% in it for themselves (as some sucka above me stated), and not in it for the betterment of bandkind, making shows start on time would never work. You win rick. From now on I'll be sure to show up AT LEAST an hour late to every show.
