No one can ever agree on morals so let's leave that part out. We should stop using the death penalty for the simple reason that a life sentence costs the taxpayers WAAAYYYY less than any death sentence. I?d rather see my $$$ spent on the kids so they can get a decent edjumacation.
Personally I think being a $2 an hour AT&T telemarketer for life is a pretty fitting punishment for murder.
