What the hell does prop 8 have to do with anything? Besides .. what ever happened to equal rights for all? I live with my old lady... does that mean that I shouldn’t get the same rights as a "married" couple or a gay couple? Get off the gay rant and just give equal rights to all!
Secondly .. if you wholeheartedly dedicate yourself to external appearances and materialism ala hipster, Emo, etc than who gives a crap about how others react to your materialism? It seems like you're both (the aggressor and the victim) just stuck in some ideal that material possessions define who you are.. and you both deserve to be thrown off a bridge for it.
