About the movie: Johnson set out to provide a neutral portrait of the current state of the animal rights movement, inspired by the US government naming animal rights activists as the #1 domestic terrorist threat to America. It provides a look at the history of animal rights activism, animal rights vs. animal welfare, the hypocrisy involved on all sides, and an examination of the Stop Huntington Animal Cruelty (SHAC) criminal terrorist trial. Underlying all of this is the issue of whether free speech is destined to be a casualty.
