pink razors are a pop punk band that is on a "hardcore" label. maybe that helps. sort of a more straight ahead version of the popular shapes. got that nice trebly buzzsaw but with 21st century hooks. haven't seen them but i'm sure they're full of energy and might thrive in such a small venue.

stand up [sit down] comedy is the new 83 second noise set. i don't know, maybe talk to dawson about this, but saw this guy a few years ago and it's still one of the smartest things i've ever done.
ok, BESIDES THE FACT THEY'RE FROM FUCKING ISRAEL, this has pretty decent "show of the year" potential although i really hate that it's at delta of venus and it's a sunday. i just saw them last night, the entire room was lit up in joy, people were tackling eachother, some guy fell off a ladder, shoes were lost, trashcans overturned, roofs dangled from, beers were stolen and poured on heads, etc etc etc. musically it's pretty great too, drummer who stands up, guitarist laying down some stooge-esqe chops, singer who looks like gallager. remember when charm city suicides played the loft and there were 3 people there and it was still completely in tents? that's what will happen here. just make sure these guys are full of beam, and possibly go see them wherever they're playing saturday too if it's at some space that can really bring it.
