Online donations aren't much different. The only thing, is you'll have to mail or fax in your credit card info, rather than enter it online due to some security issues. KDVS also accepts checks and money orders!

Seriously, folks, this is a very important time for KDVS. We depend heavily on the Fundraiser as our budgets are cut yearly. We have some great projects up our sleeve, including a tower move that will hopefully increase our wattage, and so some of those folks who can't get us in Sacto and Natomas can finally get the signal. Also, KDVS Recordings- KDVS' own record label is in the works.

There are some awesome premiums up for grabs, and the best ones don't last long. Lots of music packages, t-shirts, gift certificates, books, magazines, etc. View them all right here!

On my show, anyone who donates gets a free comp I made with a bunch of rare punk, early hardcore and power pop songs. That will be Tuesday Night from 8-9pm. The goal for the show is to raise $600!

:if you're doing anything wacky or otherwise want to further promote your fundraiser show, you should feel free to add it as a listing here with whatever details and appropriate links.

:there's not really an "AM" setting per se, but listings don't delete until 3 AM the next day, so if your show starts at say 2 AM thursday morning, you can add it as a show on wednesday at "2" and it will remain at least for an hour. ?.

:i'm going to add that link to the front page right now, it would be neat if people could update it with the current total and what have you, i'm afraid i personally won't be able to monitor it very closely.

:on a personal note, if you're new to the area or perhaps are unfamiliar with kdvs, do yourselves a favor. this site and probably 98% of the music that passes through davis would not be here without it and there are many golden shows and dudes within to be heard and partied wif. best thing that ever happened to me in davis.

:p.s. i hope internet pledges are not totalllllly impossible. i don't think i have the $9-a-minute to do this over a satellite phone.
