I think I'd rather OD on Ambien than make it to this show, no offense to JP or FF intended...

:hi, militant children's hour is this dude named ricardo doing a one man band of the old timey "i'm going to play guitar and live drums at the same time" variety. he does not have a computer in his band. mch is also a "i'm going to cover myself in garbage i found and call it a costume" kind of thing, so i gauruntee it will be funny to look at. i thought he was pretty fun when i saw him in davis a year or so ago. he has a website here, where you can look at video footage, listen to songs, and also look at pictures:

:adventure! is a bunch of serious bruisers from olympia, washington. some of the dudes have been in bands like necktie party and nudity. sexy prison played with them a couple of times on tour and they ripped every time. the dudes in this band are the only reason i still play olympia when i go on tour with my bands. pretty heavy and fast jams that i think fans of born against or maybe swiz or deadguy are going to be pretty pumped for. i think guise digging on hotel pistol will also like this. anyways, they are a really bad influence on me and will probably trigger an acute case of alchohol poisoning in my body at some point in the evening. hopefully not before i get to see them though. here's the myspace link because they are too blasted to make an actual website, and oh yeah, the first song starts off kind of slow for the first 2.5 minutes, and i don't think that part of the song it is totally representative of them as a whole. maybe listen to all the songs on there if this is something you're considering czeching out because the words i typed look neat:

:batz is two of the dudes from hot girls cool guys slamming around with some electronic parts from radio shack and stuff. i think this is only like their second show or something and i am PUMPED to see them. maybe you should be too. new bands don't really seem to pop around these parts too often. or maybe i don't notice because i am too busy watching the sweet digital cable with hbo that i just got at my house. anyram, here's some n00dz and itunes to listen to via myspace specs:
