:My landlord is putting the house next door up for rent. Hardwood floors, pets are cool, party late and semi-loud without the neighbors throwing a fit. Laundry, fridge, a/c, spacious 1000+ sq ft. It'd be cool to have someone funner than the CSUS frat tards in there...
