i'm likely to agree with your fun times ranking, but i don't think 21+ has anything to do with it insofar as a steady supply of alcohol, size of stage, and degree of ruckus available to the patrons. and vibes man, vibes. of course at luigi's everyone's rightfully being a little cautious at first, lest the owner rescinds the 300-400 shows rick's already booked there. i'm sure it'll get better and better there once all the ponytails are cut off.

p.s. if anyone wants to move into my house in providence this feb.. start thinking about it
