No matter what you think of the term "New Age Metal", you should give this Fortress of Amplitude a chance. I picked up their Loom of Doom a couple years ago, and it's been very pleasing ever since. It is kinda like abstract metal sorta like Blues Control, but much more electronic-oriented.

:Please come to this! I will be disappointed if people are "raving". It's tomorrow and you probably have the 4th off, so there's really no excuse for you not to go. Well, unless you like post-Black Flag Greg Ginn, which is gross.
