4 Great Shows on Saturday in the Sacramento-area -- Whatcha gonna do?
Saturday, October 20th is just packed with shows all around. Which will you choose....?
Starting out in Orangevale at everybody's favorite VFW Hall -- the mighty and superior Post 3045 there's an all ages show which just added the KRUM BUMS from Austin Texas (and TKO records) to a packed hardcore punk lineup which also includes Knuckle Puck, Brainfreeze, and Badmouth, Anxiety Attack, Red Handed (rivalry records) -- $7, all ages Orangevale VFW, 9346 Greenback Lane, 8 p.m..
Heading up to Woodland -- Der Spazm, Zero for Zero, and Robocop 3 are playing The Stag, 501 Main Street. $5, 10 p.m., 21 and over -- this is a very cool diverse bill worth checking out.
On a more metal note the dedicated folks at Buried in Hell have yet another great show planned at On the Y with Shrine of Scars, Church Burner, Vietus Mortuus (scary black metal from Oakland) and new headliner, Glob -- Willits fastest punk band. 670 Fulton Ave, 8 p.m., $5, 21 and over
Heading downtown, the revitalized TSOL are playing with Hellcat's Mercy Killers and wonderful local thrash maniacs, Psychosomatic. It's all at the Distillery on 21st and L, starts at 10 p.m., will cost you $12 at the door, is 21 and over, and you might want to consider getting there early cuz it could fill up (in which case you have many other options to choose from!)
