:- way cheaper. way way. like, priced appropriately.
:- closer to LA, same distance to bay, closer to yosemite
:- about the same amount of stuff to do (source: undietacos.org)
:- more active participants, younger, eager, interested in music etc.
:- less beardy macklemore guys
:- less stabbings (?)
:- better mexican food
:- owning a boat would be cool and more fun
