The funmaker tenants were not offered the opportunity to renew their lease.

There is a rad show there next Saturday, March 12, though...

The most impeccably pop-sensible "goth" band in the world--I'm talkin' #1--is coming to play the DAM dining room...the Grave Babies. Witnesses to their show at The Hub at last year's "cleansing ritual" know that this band is outstanding. They're like if the Blank Dogs packed a wallop, these Grave Babies! They're coming from Seattle with awesome two-lady laff-riot garagepunk party band called Butts. Local flavor is provided by The Howling who excel in the postpunk style, nailing covers of Gang of Four and Devo with zero cheesefactor, and impressive originals with a kinda 45 Grave vibe. My tiki bowl's gonna be ladling out punch to you for free. Butts will have their version of GGZLA Cola there.
